The Simpliq™ Technology SOHC-4V design centers each spark plug in its combustion chamber for a cleaner, more efficient burn — and a newly installed knock sensor fine-tunes ignition timing on the fly to deliver best-in-class fuel economy at 2,000 RPM. The built-in freshwater flushing system makes routine maintenance quick, while the oil catch tray under the filter and easily accessible water-draining fuel filter simplify long-term care. A high-output 41-amp alternator keeps electronics powered, and the MFS150A is fully compatible with the optional TOCS 4.3-inch LCD display for at-a-glance engine data, fuel consumption, and diagnostics. Counter-rotation variants are offered within the MFS150A range, allowing the standard-rotation MFS150AWETL to be paired up for twin-engine setups with improved maneuverability and stability.
